痉病核心药证复杂网络分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨痉病核心证候及药物应用规律。方法:通过病例调查表在全国11家单位收集病例资料237例,采用关联规则分析痉病证候与证候、药物与药物、药物与证候之间的关联规则,运用复杂网络分析建立网络模型。结果:利用关联规则选取置信度在60%以上证候关联项11条,中药关联项58条,中药与证候关联项20条,网络图显示痉病临床以项背强直、神疲、不寐、脉细为核心证候,芍药、甘草为核心药对,六味地黄丸、二陈汤等为核心方剂。结论:痉病证候和用药体现了痉病阴虚的基本病机,显示了痉病核心处方药物随临床常见气虚、痰浊、风动、气滞、血瘀等证候加减变化的规律。Objective:To explore the core syndromes of rickets and the application of drugs.Methods:A total of 237 cases of case data were collected from 11 units in the country through the case questionnaire.The association rules were used to analyze the association rules between syndromes and syndromes,drugs and drugs,drugs and syndromes,and complex network analysis was used to establish a network model.Results:Using association rules,11 related items with 60% confidence level,58 Chinese medicine related items,and 20 Chinese medicine and syndrome related items were selected.The network diagram shows that the rickets are clinically strong,scared,and uncomfortable.The pulse is the core syndrome,and the peony and licorice are the core drugs.Liu Wei Dihuang Pill and Erchen Decoction can be seen.Conclusion:The syndromes and medications of rickets reflect the basic pathogenesis of rickets yin deficiency,which shows the regularity of the core prescription drugs of rickets with the common Qi deficiency,turbidity,Wind,Qi stagnation,blood stasis and other syndromes.
