摘  要:目的探讨血清Apelin-13的水平与骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)等指标的关系,确定Apelin-13对2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松症的影响。方法纳入2015年1月至2017年9月在我院就诊的152例2型糖尿病患者,将患者分为3组,其中骨质疏松组38例,骨量减少组50例,正常组64例。记录所有患者的临床资料,包括年龄、性别、身高、体重、体质量指数和疾病持续时间。收集血液样品用于测量Apelin-13、I型前胶原氨基端前肽(procollagen type-I N propeptide,PINP)、I型胶原羧基端肽(pyridinoline cross-linked carboxyterminal telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen,ICTP),并用双能X线吸收扫描仪测量患者的BMD。结果 Apelin-13水平在骨质疏松组明显低于骨量减少组和正常组(P<0.05),骨量减少组明显低于正常组(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,Apelin-13水平与BMD和PINP呈正相关(P<0.05),与年龄、ICTP呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论本研究表明Apelin-13和BMD、ICTP与PINP之间存在密切关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of Apelin-13 and bone mineral density(BMD) as well as other parameters, and to determine the influence of Apelin-13 on osteoporosis in patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus. Methods152 patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus were recruited from our hospital between January 2015 and September 2017. The patients were divided into three groups, in which 38 patients were in the osteoporosis group, 50 in the osteopenia group and 64 in the normal bone mineral density(BMD) group. Clinical data, including age, gender, height, weight, body mass index(BMI) and disease duration were recorded for all patients. Blood samples were collected for the measurement of Apelin-13, Procollagen type-I N propeptide(PINP) and Cross-linked carboxy terminal telopeptide of type-I collagen(ICTP), and BMD was tested using a dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry scanner. Results The level of Apelin-13 in osteoporosis group was significantly lower than that in osteopenia and normal BMD groups(P<0.05), and the value in osteopenia group was significant lower than that in normal BMD group(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that in the included patients the level of Apelin-13 was positively correlated with the value of BMD and PINP(P<0.05), but negatively correlated with age and ICTP(P<0.05). Conclusion This study demonstrated that there was a close relationship among Apelin-13, BMD, ICTP and PINP.
