摘 要:本文通过1m3气候箱法测定家俱甲醛释放量的实验数据,对比平行试样采用干燥器法在温度递升的控制环境条件下的检测数据,进行分析研究,从而得出1m3气候箱法仅限制在恒定温度点的测定值与家俱实际工况下甲醛释放量的明显差异,及家俱甲醛释放量随温度递升而发生变化的大致规律。旨在阐述家俱甲醛释放量应在不同设定温度点进行检测,或以两种以上组合方法进行测定,以尽可能客观地模拟或重现家俱在实际工况下的甲醛释放状态,从而体现相关检测结果的客观性、公正性和实用性。In this paper,the experimental data of furniture formaldehyde emission is determined by 1 m3 climate chamber method. The parallel data is compared with the test data of the parallel sample under the control environment of temperature rise,and the analysis is carried out to obtain the 1 m3 climate box method. The difference between the measured value at a constant temperature point and the amount of formaldehyde released under the actual working conditions of the furniture,and the general rule that the amount of formaldehyde released from the furniture changes with temperature. The purpose is to explain that the formaldehyde emission of furniture should be tested at different set temperature points,or by two or more combinations,in order to objectively simulate or reproduce the formaldehyde release state of the furniture under actual working conditions,thus reflecting the relevant The objectivity,impartiality and practicability of the test results.
