双黄连颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双黄连颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效及对炎性反应和免疫功能的影响。方法选取医院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的支原体肺炎患儿80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患儿均予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿加用双黄连颗粒,均治疗5～7 d。结果观察组总有效率为95. 00%,明显高于对照组的77. 50%(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患儿退热、咳嗽消失及住院时间均明显缩短,白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及CD_8^+水平均明显下降,CD_4^+和CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平均明显上升,且观察组均明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率为10. 00%,明显低于对照组的35. 00%(P <0. 05)。结论双黄连颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎安全有效,可明显减轻炎性反应,改善免疫功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuanghuanglian Granules combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on inflammatory reaction and immune function.Methods Totally 80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The children patients in the two groups were treated with azithromycin,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Shuanghuanglian Granules.The patients in the two groups were treated for 5-7 d.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the defervescence time,cough disappearance time and hospitalization time in the two groups were significantly shortened,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and CD8+ were significantly decreased,while the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 35.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuanghuanglian Granules combined with azithromycin are safe and effective in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,which can obviously alleviate inflammatory reaction and improve immune function.
