摘　　要：目的提高妇科恶性肿瘤患者化学治疗(简称化疗)依从性,改善其疗效。方法选取2017年医院妇产科确诊为妇科恶性肿瘤且拟行化疗的患者,详细了解入选患者的一般资料并判断其代表性。每个化疗疗程的第1～10天,患者或其家属记录不良反应种类、次数及变化趋势,记录6个疗程并分析其特点。结果最终纳入患者112例,共化疗672次。发生概率排前3的化疗不良反应依次为肢体麻木(3 951次)、疲劳(3 709次)和脱发(3 387次),肢体麻木和脱发发生的概率随着化疗疗程的推进而增加,而疲劳在各化疗疗程中的发生次数并无明显差异。结论应对妇科恶性肿瘤常见化疗不良反应有针对性地开展干预,提升患者的化疗依从性,改善疗效。Objective To improve the compliance and clinical effect of chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Methods The patients diagnosed as gynecological malignant tumors and planned to receive chemotherapy in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in our hospital in 2017 were selected.The general information of the selected patients and their representativeness were analyzed in detail.From the 1st to 10th day of each chemotherapy course,the patients or their family members recorded the types,times and trends of adverse reactions for 6 courses of treatment,the characteristics of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Totally 112 patients were enrolled in the study,with 672 times of chemotherapy.The first 3 adverse reactions of chemotherapy were limb numbness(3951 times),fatigue(3709 times)and alopecia(3387 times).The incidence rates of limb numbness and alopecia increased with the progress of chemotherapy,but the incidence rate of fatigue in each chemotherapy course had no significant difference.Conclusion Intervention should be carried out in view of the common adverse reactions of chemotherapy in gynecological malignant tumors,so as to improve the compliance of patients received chemotherapy and the curative effect.
