桂枝肌瘤丸口服联合温经活血汤灌肠治疗子宫腺肌病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝肌瘤丸口服联合温经活血汤灌肠对子宫腺肌病患者月经量、性交痛评分及生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的子宫腺肌病患者90例,按治疗方法的不同分为A组(口服桂枝肌瘤丸)、B组(温经活血汤灌肠)、C组(联合用药),各30例。均治疗3个月。结果与治疗前比较,3组患者治疗后月经量评分和性交痛评分均显著降低,生活质量评分均显著升高(P <0. 05),且C组上述指标均显著优于A组和B组(P <0. 05); 3组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论桂枝肌瘤丸口服联合温经活血汤灌肠治疗子宫腺肌病,可有效减少月经量,降低性交痛评分,改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration of Guizhijiliu Pills combined with enema with Wenjing Huoxue Decoction on menstrual volume,sexual intercourse pain score and quality of life in patients with adenomyosis.Methods Totally 120 patients with adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into group A(oral administration of Guizhijiliu Pills),group B(enema with Wenjing Huoxue Decoction)and group C(combined medication),30 cases in each group.The treatment lasted for 3 months.Results Compared with before treatment,the menstrual volume scores and sexual intercourse pain scores in the three groups were significantly decreased,while the scores of quality of life were significantly increased after treatment,and the above indexes in group C were significantly better than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Guizhijiliu Pills combined with enema with Wenjing Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of adenomyosis can effectively reduce menstrual volume and sexual intercourse pain score,which also can improve the quality of life of patients.
