摘　　要：China's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security,the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development,the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the All.China Women's Federation on February 12 launched the Spring Breeze Campaign across the country.The campaign,which will last until March 15,is in tended to promote China's poverty-alleviation work.
