摘　　要：临床耳鼻喉科中,胆脂瘤中耳炎属于是一种常见病,能够对人们的身体健康造成比较大的损害,且可引发颅内外并发症,加重患者的病情,甚至能够危及患者的生命安全.故临床有必要加强对胆脂瘤中耳炎颅内外并发症进行研究的力度,并为患者找到一种可行性较高的诊治方法,以尽可能的提高患者的临床疗效,改善预后.笔者将针对胆脂瘤中耳炎颅内外并发症进行分析综述.In clinical otolaryngology department, cholesteatoma otitis media is a common disease, which can cause relatively large damage to people's health, and can cause intracranial and extracranial complications, aggravate the patient's condition, and even endanger the patient's life safety Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the clinical research on the intracranial and extracranial complications of cholesteatoma otitis media, and find a higily feasible diagnosis and treatment method for patients, so as to improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients as much as possible. The author will anafyze and summarize the intracranial and extracranial complications of cholesteatoma otitis media .
