摘　　要：鸯尾素(Irisin)是运动后从骨骼肌分泌的新型肌动蛋白,其能加快新陈代谢,增加能量释放,减轻体重,其在高血压、新生儿出生体重方面也发挥重要作用.本文旨在总结近期背尾素的相关研究进展,希望莺尾素能在更多疾病的诊断和治疗中提供更多的思路和突破点.Irisin is a new actin secreted from skeletal muscle after exercise, which can accelerate metabolism, increase energy release and reduce body weight Irisin also plays an important role in hypertension and neonatal birth weight This paper aims to summarize the recent research progress of irisin, hoping to provide more ideas and breakthroughs in the diagnosis and treatment of more diseases.
