摘 要:目的:探讨品管圈活动在血液透析患者中的作用。方法:63例维持性血液透析患者随机分为两组:对照组32例实施常规的护理,实验组31例在此基础上开展品管圈活动,比较两组患者透析间期体重增长、血压情况及透析相关并发症的发生情况。结果:实验组患者透析间期体重控制和血压情况优于对照组,透析并发症发生率低于对照组,在统计学上有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过品管圈成员间的相互协作,能有效控制血液透析患者的干体重达标率,减少透析相关并发症的发生,提高患者透析效果和生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activity on dry weight management in hemodialysis patients. Methods 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group 32 cases of routine nursing, experimental group 31 cases on this basis to carry out quality control circle activities.Results For interdialysis weight control and blood pressure,the experimental group was superior to the control group and the incidence of complications for dialysis,while the experimental group was lower than the control group,with significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The activity of quality control circle can effectively control the rate of dry weight of hemodialysis patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
