涎腺混合瘤与沃辛瘤的超声诊断特征研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨涎腺混合瘤与沃辛瘤的常规超声、彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)表现特征.方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的沃辛瘤和混合瘤的常规超声和CDFI超声图像,分析、总结两者的超声特征.结果:最终共纳入混合瘤50例,沃辛瘤29例,两者性别之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)、混合瘤多见于老年女性患者.两者的形态、内部回声均匀性,有无液化特征有统计学差异(P<0.05),Alder血流分级和血流分布特征有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:混合瘤和沃辛瘤的超声表现相似,但形态规则性、回声均匀性、有无液化以及血流丰富程度和分布特点具有一定的差异,综合分析可作出较为准确的诊断.Objective To investigate the conventional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound imaging (CDFI) performances in salivary gland warthin tumor and mixed tumor,Meftods The conventional ultrasound and CDFI imagings of warthin tumor and mixed tumor confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively and the ultrasound characteristics of two kinds of tumors were analyzed and summarized.Results A total of mixed tumor 50 cases and warthin tumor 29 cases were included. Mixed tumors were more common in elderly women (P < 0.05).There were significant differences in morphology internal echo uniformity and liquefaction (P < 0.05), and color doppler alder blood flow classifications and blood distribution characteristics were statistically different (P < 0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound imaging performance characteristics of warthin tumor and mixed tumor are similai;but there are certain differences in morphology;internal echo uniformity liquefaction and the distribution of blood flow. The comprehensive analysis can make a more accurate diagnosis.
