摘　　要：上海建业里嘉佩乐(Capella)酒店坐落于徐家汇历史文化保护区,最初由法国地产商以“石库门”风貌建成,在几经岁月沧桑之后,由Kokaistudios制定了兼顾保护历史风貌和适应时代需求的建筑改造策略。Located in Xujiahui Historic and Cultural Reserve District, Shanghai Jianyeli Capella Hotel was originally built by French real estate developers in the style of "Shikumen". After several years of vicissitudes, Kokaistudios develops a architectural renovation strategy that takes into account both the protection of historical features and the needs of the times.
