摘  要:采用酸性红MF-2BL AC203、酸性黄AGR AC101和酸性蓝BRN AC310染色废水对羊毛织物进行多次回用染色,测试染色样的上染率、K/S值、颜色特征值、色差及色牢度,并与初次染色织物进行对比。结果表明,染深色时,回用染色2次时可达到与初次染样相同的效果,基本符合染色重现性的要求;染浅色时,回用染色4次均能达到染色重现性的要求。The wool fabric is dyed with Acid Red MF-2BL AC203, Acid Yellow AGR AC101 and Acid Blue BRN AC310 by reusing the dyeing wastewater. The dye uptake, K/S value, color characteristics and fastness of dyed wool fabrics are measured and compared with the control samples. The results show that when in dark color, the same effect as the initial dyeing can be achieved by using the dyeing wastewater twice, which basically meets the requirements of dyeing reproducibility. When in the light color, after reusing 4 times, the K/S values of dyed wool fabrics are closed to the control sample, the color characteristics and color difference are within the allowable range, and the color fastness is similar.
