摘  要:目的:分析在三柱理论的指导下用内外侧接骨板加植骨术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年5月期间江苏省邳州市人民医院收治的38例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象。这些患者入院后,均在三柱理论的指导下对其进行内外侧接骨板加植骨手术。手术后,对这些患者均进行6~12个月的随访,观察其疗效。结果:在手术后的6个月及12个月,这些患者手术的优良率分别为84.21%、92.11%,其Lysholm的平均评分分别为(85.92±5.38)分、(91.81±6.72)分。这些患者术后并发症的发生率为13.16%。结论:在三柱理论的指导下用内外侧接骨板加植骨术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果较为理想。objective: to analyze the effect of treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures with medial and lateral bone grafting under the guidance of three-column theory. Methods: a total of 38 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures admitted to pizhou people * s hospital in jiangsu province between June 2016 and May 2017 were selected as the research objects. After the patients were admitted to the hospital, the inner and outer bone plates and bone grafts were performed on them under the guidance of the three-column theory. After the operation, the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months to observe the efficacy. Results: at 6 months and 12 months after surgery, the excellent and good rates of these patients were 84.21% and 92.11%, respectively, and their average Lysholm scores were (85.92±5.38) and (91.81±6.72), respectively. The incidence of postoperative complications in these patients was 13.16%. Conclusion: under the guidance of the three-column theory, the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture with the inner and outer bone plate plus bone grafting is ideal.
