生物反馈治疗加护理干预对出口梗阻型便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察生物反馈治疗加护理干预对出口梗阻型便秘的疗效,对我院62例出口梗阻型便秘患者实施生物反馈治疗加护理干预。评估患者治疗结束时、随访3个月的临床疗效,比较治疗前、治疗结束时患者肛管静息压、直肠最大耐受量与直肠感知阈值,负性情绪状态[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分。结果显示,治疗结束时、随访3个月治疗总有效率分别为88.71%和93.55%;治疗结束后,患者肛管静息压、直肠最大耐受量、直肠感知阈值均较治疗前明显下降(P <0.05);患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于治疗前(P均<0.05)。结果表明,生物反馈治疗配合护理干预可有效改善出口梗阻型便秘患者的症状,缓解其负性情绪。This study was to observe the effect of biofeedback therapy coordinated with nursing intervention for outlet obstruction constipation(OOC),performed above treatment scheme on 62 OOC patients, then evaluated the effect at the end of treatment,and the 3 months of follow-up,compared at pre-treatment and at the end of treatment following indexes such as anal rest pressure(ARP),rectal max.tolerance volume( RMTV),rectal sensing threshold (RST),negative emotion situation(HAMA score and HAMD score).As results,at the end of treatment and follow-up of 3months the total effective rate was 88.71% and 93.55%,respectively;after the end of treatment ARP,RMTV,RST significantly declined than pretreatment( P <0.05),HAMA score are and HAMD score are also lower than before treatment's score(all, P <0.05).Results show that biofeedback therapy coordinated with nursing intervention can effectively improve OOC symptoms,relieve patients'negative emotion.
