摘 要:在地质条件差、结构和周边环境复杂的情况下,地铁深基坑支护一般会设计多道混凝土支撑梁,而混凝土支撑施工和等强龄期又比较长,采用输送机作业可实现大倾角、大方量、高提升连续出土,实现混凝土支撑梁施工和土方开挖平行流水作业。在南宁轨道交通2号线玉玲路车站多道混凝土内支撑的深基坑土方开挖中,通过对传统输送机进行改进,改变普通花纹输送带为波状挡边+横隔板输送带;将头部机架固定式基础调整为轨行加配重式移动机架;将尾部机架固定式基础调整为集成化整体底盘加配重的架体结构;同时将架体结构部件进行集成式模块化设计;并优化中间架体为标准构件加调整节泊构件形式,所有连接为销栓连接;形成一种集成化轨行式波状挡边+横隔板的带式输送机,有效缩短了工期、降低了成本、保证了基坑安全。Under the conditions of poor geology, complex structure and surrounding environment, multi-channel concrete support beams are designed for deep foundation pit supporting of a subway. Since the concrete bracing construction and equal strength age are relatively long, the use of conveyor can realize continuous excavation with large inclination, large volume and high lifting, as well as achieve the parallel streamlined operation of concrete supporting beam construction and earthwork excavation. In the excavation of deep foundation pit supported by multi-channel concrete at the Yuling Road Station of Nanning Rail Transit Line 2, some measures were taken for the purpose of forming an integrated rail-mounted belt conveyor with corrugated baffle + diaphragm plate, including improving the traditional conveyor, changing the common patterned conveyor belt into a corrugated baffle + diaphragm conveyor belt, adjusting the fixed base of the head frame to the railmounted weighting mobile frame, adjusting the fixed base of the rear frame to the integrated integral chassis with counterweight, meanwhile, designing the structural parts of the frame in an integrated way, and optimizing the intermediate frame as the component form of standard component with adjustment section, and all connections are pin-bolt connections. With the above measures, it could effectively shorten the construction period, reduce the cost and ensure the safety of foundation pit.
