摘 要:近年来,我国水资源的开发越来越受到重视,清洁能源的广泛应用促进了水利工程的蓬勃发展。但是应该看到,水利工程无论是施工环境还是工程技术都极具挑战性,相应的风险成倍增加。水利工程的技术管理应与当今社会的经济发展相结合,采用与现有水利工程相适应的新技术,实现科学管理。充分践行科学发展观,实现对水利工程技术化、智能化、一体化的综合管理。本文在介绍水利工程技术管理特点的基础上,概述了科学技术在水利工程管理中的强大优势,并详细介绍工程技术的科学管理和应用途径,希冀能够推动以信息技术为引领的一批先进科学技术在水利工程中的广泛应用,切实提高水利工程的技术管理水平,缩短与世界发达国家的差距。In recent years, the development of water resources in China has received more and more attention. The wide appEcation of clean energy has promoted the vigorous development of water conservancy projects. However, it should be noted that the water conservancy project is extremely challenging both in the construction environment and engineering technology, and the corresponding risks are multiplied. The technical management of water conservancy projects should be combined with the economic development of today's society, and adopt new technologies that are compatible with existing water conservancy projects to achieve scientific management. Fully implement the scientific development concept and realize the comprehensive management of technicalization, intelligence and integration of water conservancy projects. On the basis of introducing the characteristics of hydraulic engineering technology management, this paper outlines the strong advantages of science and technology in water conservancy project management, and introduces in detail the scientific management and application of engineering technology, and hopes to promote a group of advanced sciences led by information technology. The wide application of technology in water conservancy projects has effectively improved the technical management level of water conservancy projects and shortened the gap with developed countries.
