摘 要:目的:探讨移动式数字化X线摄影技术(移动CR)在诊断新生儿肺透明膜病(HMD)中的应用价值。方法:选择2013年1月至2018年1月期间连云港市东海县中医院收治的22例HMD患儿作为研究对象。使用飞利浦POLYMOBIL移动式X线机,为这22例患儿采用移动CR进行检查。然后,观察这22例患儿的HMD分级、HMD病灶的X线影像学表现及影像科医生对其病情进行诊断的自信度评分。结果:对这22例患儿采用移动CR进行接受治疗前的第一次检查的结果显示,在这22例患儿中,HMD分级为Ⅰ级的患儿有6例,为Ⅱ级的患儿有9例,为Ⅲ级的患儿有5例,为Ⅳ级的患儿有2例。治疗后,对这22例患儿采用移动CR进行第二次检查的结果显示,在这22例患儿中,HMD病情为好转的患儿有16例,为无效的患儿有6例。与第1次采用移动CR进行检查的结果相比,对这22例患儿在第2次采用移动CR进行检查时,影像科医生对其病情进行诊断的自信度评分更高(P <0.025)。结论:移动式床旁数字化成像技术在诊断新生儿肺透明膜病中具有较高的应用价值。为HMD患儿采用移动CR进行检查,可有效地提高影像科医生对其病情进行诊断的自信心。objective: to explore the application value of mobile digital X-ray photography(mobile CR) in the diagnosis of neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease(HMD). Methods: 22 cases of children with HMD admitted to donghai county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of lianyungang city from January 2013 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects. Using philips POLYMOBIL mobile X-ray machine, mobile CR was used for these 22 cases. Then, the HMD grades of the 22 children, the X-ray imaging manifestations of the HMD lesions and the confidence scores of the imaging doctors in the diagnosis of the disease were observed.Results: of the 22 cases treated with mobile CR before the examination results show that for the first time, in which 22 cases, HMDS class for Ⅰ children have 6 cases,a category Ⅱ nine children, a category Ⅲ children in 5 cases, children have 2 cases for Ⅳ stage. After the treatment, the results of the second examination of the 22 children using mobile CR showed that among the 22 children, 16 of them showed improvement of HMD, and 6 of them showed no improvement of HMD. Compared with the results of the first mobile CR examination, the imaging physicians had a higher confidence score(P < 0.025) in the diagnosis of these 22 cases when the second mobile CR examination was performed(P < 0.025). Conclusion: mobile bedside digital imaging technology has a high value in the diagnosis of neonatal lung hyaline membrane disease. Mobile CR examination for children with HMD can effectively improve the confidence of radiologists in the diagnosis of their condition.
