浮选厂循环水管道防垢及除垢的方法

摘　　要：矿物浮选过程中所用循环水中含有大量金属阳离子和非金属阴离子,相互结合易产生难溶性沉淀造成循环水管道结垢堵塞。简要介绍循环水管道防垢、除垢的一般方法。提出一种利用浮选厂矿浆对管道壁冲刷的摩擦作用来防止管道堵塞的方法。该方法具有防垢、除垢的作用,操作简便,无须使用化学清洗剂清洗或人工清理。There are a lot of metal cations and non-metal anions in the circulating water used in the minerals flotation,the combination of anions and non-metal anions can easily lead to insoluble precipitation and cause fouling and blockage of circulating water pipe.The common methods of antiscale and descaling of circulating water pipe are briefly introduced.The method using rubbing action of slurry from flotation mill to prevent pipe blockage is proposed.The method has the function of antiscale and descaling.It is easy to operate and does not need chemical cleaning agent or manual cleaning.
