摘　　要：全球老龄化的加速导致老年慢性病患者越来越多,老年人的生活质量受到严重威胁。本文从住院老年慢性病患者的生活质量概念、现状、影响因素及护理干预措施等方面对国内外研究现状进行综述,以期为改善我国住院老年慢性病患者的生活现状,提高其生活质量提供参考依据。The acceleration of global aging leads to increased elderly patients with chronic diseases and serious threat of life quality of the aged. This paper reviewed the concept, status, influencing factors and nursing intervention of life quality of elderly inpatients with chronic diseases at home and abroad so as to provide a reference for improving the living actuality of elderly inpatients with chronic diseases of our country as well as their quality of life.
