摘 要:近二十年来,光伏并网发电技术得到了迅速发展。无变压器型单相逆变器由于其效率更高、体积更小、漏电流更低的特点备受关注。此处提出一种新型H6中点箝位单相非隔离型逆变拓扑。通过箝位开关工作,使共模电压保持稳定,满足共模漏电流的限制。实验结果表明,新型拓扑结构拥有优良的共模性能。In the past twenty years, the technology of grid connected photovoltaic has been developed rapidly.The transformerless inverters have been chosen because of its higher efficiency, smaller size and lower leakage currents.A novel midpoint clamp H6 single-phase transformerless connected photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is proposed. And the common mode voltage can be held stably by clamping switch working, so that it can meet the limit for common mode leakage currents.The experimental results show that the novel topology has well common mode performance.
