摘 要:针对双向有源桥式(DAB)DC/DC变换器在单相移控制中电流应力大、效率低的缺点,对比研究了在单相移控制和双重相移控制下DAB DC/DC变换器的电流应力和效率。首先对两者进行原理分析,然后进行功率调节和电流应力的理论推导,使用Matlab工具直观显示单相移控制和双重相移控制下的功率与相移量的关系,以及电流应力与相移量之间的关系,对比发现,双重相移控制下的功率调节范围、电流应力明显优于单相移控制。最后在基于TMS320F28335控制器的DAB DC/DC变换器实验平台进行了对比实验,实验结果验证了理论推导的正确性。Aiming at the characteristics of high current stress and low efficiency in single-phase-shift control of dual active bridge (DAB) DC/DC converter, the current stress and efficiency of DAB DC/DC converter under single-phaseshift control and double-phase-shift control are compared and studied. First of all, the principle of both are analyzed, and then the theory of power regulation and current stress is deduced. The relationship between power and phase-shift un-der single-phase-shift control and double-phase-shift control is visually displayed by using Matlab tools, and the relationship between current stress and phase shift is found.The power regulation range and current stress of dualphase-shift control are much better than that of single-phase-shift control. Finally, the experimental platform of DAB DC/DC converter based on TMS320F28335 controller is compared, and the correctness of the theoretical derivation is verified by the experimental results.
