门诊护士人文关怀品质与职业认同的相关性及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解门诊护士人文关怀品质与职业认同的关系及其影响因素,为提高门诊护士人文关怀品质提供依据。方法 2017年6月,便利抽样法选取济南市某三所三级甲等综合性医院的门诊护士214名为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、护士职业认同量表、护士人文关怀量表对其进行调查。结果门诊护士人文关怀品质总分为(113.80±17.65)分,门诊护士职业认同水平总分为(106.47±22.46)分。门诊护士的职业认同各维度与人文关怀品质各维度呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。受过人文关怀教育、一致感及患者和组织影响感水平是门诊护士人文关怀品质的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论门诊护士人文关怀品质处于中等水平,职业认同水平较高,两者间均呈正相关。医院管理者可以关注门诊护士的职业认同现状并采取针对性应对的措施,以提高其职业认同水平,进而提高其人文关怀水平。Objective To analyze the relationship between professional identity and humanistic care quality among outpatient nurses and its influencing factors, in order to provide the reference for improving the humanistic care qualify of nurses. Methods By convenience sampling method, 214 outpatient nurses were surveyed by using the general information questionnaire, the nurses’ professional identity scale and the nurses’ humanistic care scale.Results The average score of humanistic care quality of outpatient nurses was 113.80±17.65, and the average score of professional identity of outpatient nurses was 106.47±22.46. There was a significant positive correlation between the dimension of professional identity of outpatient nurses and the dimension of humanistic care quality(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Humanistic care education, sense of consistency, the patient and organizational influencing level were the main factors affecting the quality of humanistic care of outpatient nurses(all P<0.05). Conclusions The quality of humanistic care of outpatient nurses is at a middle level, and the level of professional identity of outpatient nurses is high. The quality of humanistic care of outpatient nurses was positively correlated with the level of professional identity. The hospital administrators should pay attention and take actions to improve professional identity, in order to improve the level of humanistic care among outpatient nurses.
