摘　　要：介绍了轿车后下控制臂的冲压工艺及模具设计要点,根据制件的特殊要求:高强板、拉伸成形、安装孔位的平面度、同轴度、对称度、平行度、开档尺寸要求较高、对向翻孔、制件开口狭窄、成形困难等特点,结合实际情况,从工艺方案的预制定、工艺计算模拟分析、型面选择等几个方面进行了深入的研究,制定了切实可行的冲压方案,明确了模具设计的要点、调试的注意事项,对高强度底盘件的冲压工艺、模具设计及制造具有一定的帮助,确保了制件质量的稳定性。The stamping process and die design points of the rear lower control arm of the car are introduced.According to the special requirements of the parts,such as high strength plate,drawing forming,flatness,coaxality,symmetry,parallelism,high requirement of opening size,opposite turning,narrow opening of the parts,difficult forming and so on,the characteristics of the parts are combined with the reality.Actual situation,deep research has been carried out from several aspects,such as pre-formulation of process plan,simulation analysis of process calculation,selection of parting surface,etc.A feasible stamping plan has been formulated,the key points of die design and matters needing attention in debugging have been clarified,which has the advantages of stamping process,die design and production of high strength chassis parts.Certain help ensures the stability of product quality.
