摘 要:以某饭盘为分析实例,采用20%玻璃纤维增强PLA环保塑料,运用CAE数值模拟技术对其注射成型过程进行动态模拟。收缩不均、角效应以及纤维取向等因素是引起塑件翘曲变形的主要因素。通过优化保压曲线的方法,塑件的总变形量降低了63.2%,收缩不均引起的变形量降低了60.2%,角效应引起的变形量降低了65.8%,纤维取向引起的变形量降低了63.8%。这种优化方法有效地改善了塑件的翘曲,为实际的注射生产提供可行性的参考意义。Taking a dining plate as an example,20%glass fiber reinforced PLA environmentally friendly plastics were adopted,and the injection molding process was simulated dynamically by CAE numerical simulation technology.The main factors that cause warpage of plastic parts are non-uniform shrinkage,angle effect and fiber orientation.By optimizing the pressure packing curve,the total deformation of the plastic parts decreased by 63.2%,the deformation caused by non-uniform contraction decreased by 60.2%,and the deformation caused by angle effect decreased by 65.8%,the deformation caused by fiber orientation decreased by 63.8 percent.This optimization method can effectively improve the warpage of plastic parts and provide a reference for the practical injection molding production.
