摘　　要：已闲置多年的建筑物需要重新使用,根据检测鉴定结果对其进行加固改造设计,通过脉动法对其加固改造前后效果检测建筑物的自振周期,验证其改造加固效果。通过对比建筑物加固前后动力特性曲线变化,说明对建筑物进行加固改造是可以使建筑物的整体刚度得到提升,延长建筑物的使用寿命。Buildings that have been idle for many years need to be reused.According to the results of testing and appraisal,the reinforcement design is carried out.By comparing the dynamic characteristic curves of buildings before and after reinforcement,it is shown that the whole rigidity of buildings can be improved and the service life of buildings can be prolonged by strengthening and renovating buildings.
