疼痛护理干预对肛肠病患者术后舒适度和疼痛的影响  

Influence and Effect Observation on Pain Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Comfort Degree and Pain of Patients with Anorectal Disease

摘　　要：为观察疼痛护理干预对肛肠病患者术后舒适度和疼痛的影响效果,将108例肛肠病术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施疼痛护理干预,比较2组患者术后疼痛程度和舒适度。结果显示,观察组患者术后0级疼痛15例,占27.78%;1级疼痛25例;占46.29%;2级疼痛10例,占18.51%;3级疼痛4例,占7.41%。对照组0级疼痛19例,占35.18%; 1级疼痛10例,占18.52%;2级疼痛5例,占9.26%;3级疼痛20例,占37.04%。观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者的舒适度评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,肛肠病患者术后应用疼痛护理干预减轻了患者疼痛,提高了患者的舒适度、护理质量及治疗效果,能够使患者尽快康复,值得临床应用。In order to observe the effect of pain nursing intervention in postoperative comfort degree and pain of patients with anorectal disease,108 postoperative patients with anorectal disease were divided into observation group and control group,with 54 patients each group.Patients in control group were given conventional nursing invention,while patients in observation group were given pain nursing invention,then both groups' postoperative pain degree and comfort degree of the patients were compared.As results,in the observation group postoperative level 0 pain was observed in 15 patients,accounting for 27.78%;level 1 pain was observed in 25 patients,accounting for 46.29%;level 2 pain was observed in 10 patients,accounting for 18.51%;level 3 pain was observed in 4 patients,accounting for 7.41%.While in the control group postoperative level 0 pain was seen in 19 patients,accounting for 35.18%;level 1 pain was observed in 10 patients,accounting for 18.52%;level 2 pain was observed in 5 patients,accounting for 9.26%;level 3 pain was observed in 20 patients,accounting for 37.04%.The above indicates that the pain degree of patients in the observation group is lighter than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort degree score of patients in the observation group is remarkably higher than that of patients in the control group.Result show that the postoperative pain nursing invention applied on patients with anorectal disease relieve the pain of patients and improve the patients' comfort degree,nursing quality and treatment effect,which can help patients recover as soon as possible.It is worthy of clinic application.
