摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨智慧图书馆数据服务的特征、功能和实施方案,为新时代数据增值、图书馆功能定位及智慧社会的国家发展战略提供参考和方案。[方法/过程]在对智慧图书馆数据服务的概念和内涵进行分析的基础上,推出智慧图书馆数据服务的特征和功能,提出智慧图书馆开展数据服务的实施方案,并对当前智慧图书馆开展数据服务的困惑和关键技术进行研究。[结果/结论]智慧图书馆数据服务的实施方案包括:制定战略规划、打造智慧空间、架构智慧平台及培养智慧馆员。新时代,数据内涵发生了根本性的变化,为用户提供智慧化的数据服务是当前图书馆的重要职能,也是智慧社会和数字中国创新发展的需要。[ Purpose/significance ] This paper is to explore the characteristics, functions and implementation of smart library data service, and provide reference and solutions for the new era data value -added services, library function positioning and the national development strategy of intelligent society.[ Method/process ] In this paper, a careful analysis on the concept and connotation of smart library data services is conducted. Based on this, the characteristics and functions of smart library data services are introduced, the implementation plan for intelligent library data services is proposed, and also the confusion and key technology of developing data service in the current smart library are studied.[ Result/ conclusion ] The results show that the implementation plan of smart library data service includes formulating strategic plans, building intelligent spaces, constructing intelligent platforms, and training intelligent librarians. In the new era, the fundamental changes have taken place in the connotation of data, and thus it is the important function for current library to provide users with intelligent data services, which is also a need for innovative development in smart society and digital China.
