摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔粘连(IUA)在子宫输卵管造影(HSG)和MRI图像上的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析40例宫腔镜诊断为IUA的患者,宫腔镜术前分别行HSG、MRI检查,分析对比两者的影像学特征,并计算检出率。结果 40例患者中,宫腔镜诊断轻度粘连19例,HSG检查可显示10例,MRI检查T2WI序列可显示10例,CUBE容积采集序列可显示16例;中度粘连16例,HSG检查可显示9例,T2WI序列可显示10例,CUBE序列可显示16例;重度粘连5例,HSG检查、MRI检查的T2WI序列及CUBE序列均可较好显示。所有IUA病例中,膜性粘连12例,HSG检查可显示5例,MRI检查T2WI序列可显示8例,CUBE序列可显示10例;纤维性粘连23例,HSG检查可显示12例,T2WI序列可显示17例,CUBE序列可显示22例;肌性粘连5例,HSG检查可显示5例,T2WI序列可显示5例,CUBE序列可显示5例。结论对于IUA,MRI检查总检出率略高于HSG检查,特别是MRI检查的CUBE序列,对于IUA的诊断具有更高的价值。Objective To evaluate hysterosalpingography( HSG) and MRI manifestations of intrauterine adhesion(IUA).Methods 40 patients with IUA confirmed by hysteroscopy underwent HSG and MRI examination.We found out the features of those images, and worked out the detectable rate of each examination.Results In all 40 patients, 19 patients were mild IUA proved by hysteroscopy,in which 10 patients were discovered by HSG, 10 patients by MRI T2 WI, 16 patients by MRI CUBE . 16 patients were middle IUA, in which 9 patients were discovered by HSG, 10 patients by MRI T2 WI, 16 patients by MRI CUBE.5 patients were severe IUA,all patients were discovered by HSG, MRI T2 WI and MRI CUBE. And in all cases, there were 12 cases of membrane adhesions,in which 5 cases were shown in HSG,8 cases in MRI T2 WI and 10 cases in MRI CUBE.23 cases were fibrous adhesions,in which 12 cases were shown in HSG, 17 cases in MRI T2 WI and 22 cases in MRI CUBE.5 patients were muscular adhesions,all patients were discovered by HSG, MRI T2 WI and MRI CUBE.Conclusion Comparing to HSG, MRI examination shows higher detectable rate of IUA.MRI CUBE sequences plays an important part in the diagnosis of IUA.
