显微喉镜与纤维喉镜下声带息肉切除术疗效及预后分析

摘　　要：目的探讨显微喉镜与纤维喉镜术式治疗声带息肉患者的临床疗效.方法将38例接受显微喉镜声带息肉切除术治疗的患者设为观察组,38例行纤维喉镜声带息肉切除术患者设为对照组,术后1个月采用嗓音障碍指数量表评定两组发声障碍状况,比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生率.结果术后1个月观察组总有效率(97.37%)显著高于对照组(78.95%)(P<0.05),嗓音障碍指数量表评分显著低于对照组,术后1个月内并发症发生率(7.89%)显著低于对照组(26.31%)(P<0.05).结论显微喉镜术式治疗声带息肉患者临床疗效显著,预后发音功能恢复效果好,术后并发症发生率较低,显著优于纤维喉镜术式治疗.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microlaryngoscopy and fibrolaryngoscope in the treatment of patients with vocal cord polypectomy.Methods 38 patients who underwent microsurgical vocal cord polypectomy were enrolled in the observation group,and 38 patients who underwent fiberoptic vocal cord polypectomy were included in the control group.At 1 month after operation,the vocal dysfunction status of the two groups was assessed by VHI,and the clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 month after operation,treatment effective rate of the observation group(97.37%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.95%)(P<0.05),while VHI score was significantly lower than that of the control group.Within 1 month after operation,compli-cation occurrence rate of the observation group(7.89%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.31%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of microlaryngoscopy in the treatment of patients with vocal cord polypectomy has better clinical effect.The pronunciation function recovery effect is good,and the postoperative complication rate is lower,which is significantly better than fibrolaryngoscope.
