首尔市居住环境管理项目:东大门区徽庆社区建设

摘　　要：本文介绍了首尔市居住环境管理项目的历史情况和徽庆社区居住环境管理项目的建设方法。从1990年以来,首尔的人居管理政策重点从城市改造转向了居住管理。由于人们更关注生活质量和居住环境,首尔市执行了许多重新活化城市社区及改善居住区物理环境的项目。徽庆社区改造项目经历了六个阶段,其中最重要的一点是在城市居民区打造社区精神,赋予社区能力。This paper describes the history of Residential Environment Management Projects of Seoul and the methodology of Residential Environment Management Project of Whuekyung Village in Seoul. Residential Management Policy has shifted from Urban Renewal to Residential Management since 1990 in Seoul. Owing to the changes of population structure, people have focused on the quality of life and residential environment. So Seoul has implemented various projects to regenerate community as well as a physical improvement of residential area. The Whuekyung village project has gone through the six stages. The most important element of this project is build and empower a community spirit in urban residential areas.
