摘　　要：介绍了片碱生产过程中生蒸汽冷凝水和二次蒸汽冷凝水的产生过程,探讨了生蒸汽冷凝水代替纯水作为PVC生产工序清洗用水和二次蒸汽冷凝水代替纯水用于离子膜电解槽阴极补水的可能性。分析了生蒸汽冷凝水对PVC树脂可能产生的影响,并通过工艺改进措施予以消除。The formation process of live steam condensate and that of secondary steam condensate in the production of flake caustic soda were introduced. The feasibility of using raw steam condensate instead of pure water as cleaning water in PVC production process and the feasibility of using secondary steam condensate instead of pure water as cathode supplementary water for ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers were discussed. The possible influence of live steam condensate on PVC resin was analyzed, and the influence was eliminated by process improvement measures.
