摘　　要：目的观察C型臂引导下半月神经节阻滞联合脉冲射频对于头面部带状疱疹性神经痛的治疗效果。方法收集苏北人民医院疼痛科自2012年1月至2018年1月收治入院的头面部带状疱疹性神经痛患者共52例,年龄51-86岁,男25例,女27例。在C型臂引导下行半月神经节阻滞及脉冲射频治疗:记录术前、术后1、3、8(1及1个月时随访的疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)及麻木、感染等并发症。结果经治疗后患者VAS评分降低,疼痛均较术前减轻(P<0.05),但仍有6例效果较差,2例无效;镇痛优良率在第8日和1个月时分别为85%(44/52例)和87%( 45/52例):所有患者均未见感染、麻木等并发症发生。结论C型臂引导下半月神经节阻滞复合脉冲射频治疗头面部带状疱疹性神经痛安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gasserian ganglion block combined with pulsed radiofrequency under C-arm guidance for the treatment of patients with facial herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods F ifty-two patients of both sexes, aged 51 -86 years, with facial herpes zoster neuralgia were received gasserian ganglion block combined with pulsed radiofrequency under C-arm guidance from January 2012 to January 2018 in Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital. Visual analogue scale (VAS), pain relief rate and complications were recorded before the treatment and at 1.3.8 days and I month after the treatment. Results Compared with pretreatment, VAS was significantly decreased in all patients after the treatment (P<0.05). Excellent and good rate was 85%( 44/52 cases ) and 87%( 45/52 cases) at 8 days and 1 month respectively. Pain relief was incomplete in six patients and failed in two patients. No complications were found in all patients. Conclusion Gasserian ganglion block combined with pulsed radiofrequency under C-arm guidance is a safe and effective method for lhe treatment of patients with facial herpes zoster neuralgia.
