摘 要:利用自制的高硅含量硅丙乳液,纳米二氧化钛溶胶进行杂化反应得到有机无机杂化物制备自清洁涂料,并对涂层的透光性、光催化性、耐水性、耐溶剂性进行了研究。结果表明,涂层具有优异的透明性和光催化活性,涂层耐水24 h无起皮、起泡、脱落现象发生。The self-cleaning coatings were prepared by organic-inorganic hybrid which was prepared by the hybridization reaction of self-made high silicon content silicone acrylic emulsion and nano titanium dioxide sol. Then these properties of transparency,photocatalytic activity,water resistant and solvent resistant were researched in this paper. The results revealed that the coating had excellent transparency,photocatalytic activity and water resistant coating for 24 h without peeling,blister,fall off phenomenon.
