摘  要:基于纳米二氧化硅对特定波长紫外线具有高反射的特性,设计采用不同含量及不同比表面积的纳米二氧化硅填充单组分硅酮密封胶,对比测试了不同纳米二氧化硅对单组分硅酮密封胶外观、拉伸性能、硬度、表干时间、挤出性等的影响,通过红外和热重分析了材料的内部变化,对采用纳米二氧化硅提高单组分硅酮密封胶的耐老化性能进行了研究。Based on the high reflection of nano-silica to specific wavelength ultraviolet light,a one-component silicone sealant filled with nano-silica with different content and specific surface area is designed. The effects of different nano-silica on the appearance,tensile properties,hardness,surface dryness and extrudability of one-component silicone sealant were compared and tested. The internal changes of the material were analyzed by infrared and thermogravimetric analysis. The improvement of artificial aging resistance of one-component silicone sealant by using nano-silica was studied.
