摘  要:分别采用海藻酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠对天丝织物进行表面处理,研究表面处理对天丝织物活性染料喷墨印花效果的影响。处理后纤维的表面结构和形貌采用扫描电子显微镜进行表征。结果表明,织物经羧甲基纤维素钠处理后,活性染料喷墨印花颜色性能优于海藻酸钠,防渗化效果较好,但织物耐湿摩擦色牢度和断裂强力较差。Sodium alginate and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium are used to the surface treatment of Tencel fabric. The effect of surface treatment on the ink-jet printing of Tencel fabric with reactive dyes is studied. The surface structure and morphology of the treated fibers are characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the color properties of reactive dye inkjet printings pre-treated with carboxymethyl cellulose sodium is better than that with sodium alginate, and the anti-flushing effect is good, but the color fastness to wet rubbing and breaking strength of the fabric are poor.
