摘　　要：目的:调查ICU专科护士对机械通气患者早期活动知识、态度及行为的现况并分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表和ICU护士对机械通气患者早期活动知识、态度和行为问卷对2016年至2018年参加重庆医科大学附属第一医院重症专科护士培训班的ICU专科护士进行调查。结果:ICU专科护士的机械通气患者早期活动知识的得分为(7.44±1.51)分,态度得分为(25.42±2.89)分,行为得分为(24.79±6.64)分;多元线性回归分析显示,接受培训情况是ICU专科护士对患者早期活动知识、态度、行为得分的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:ICU专科护士对机械通气患者早期活动的知识、态度较好,但实践行为与态度不一致;管理者应加强ICU专科护士对机械通气患者早期活动的相关培训。Objective: To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of the ICU nurse specialists to the early mobilization of patients with mechanical ventilation and to explore the influential factors. Methods: A self-designed general information questionnaire, and the knowledge, attitude and practice questionnaire about early mobilization of patients with mechanical ventilation were used to collect data, and the ICU nurses who participated in the ICU nurse specialists training project in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 2016 to 2018 were included in the study.Results: The score of early mobilization knowledge of mechanical ventilation patients was 7.44±1.51, the score of attitude was 25.42±2.89, and the score of behavior was 24.79±6.64. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the training was the influential factor of ICU nurse specialists’ knowledge, attitude and practice(P<0.01). Conclusion: ICU nurse specialists have good knowledge and attitude towards early mobilization of patients with mechanical ventilation, but management behaviors is inconsistent with attitude. Managers should pay more attention to the nurse training on early mobilization of patients with mechanical ventilation.
