摘　　要：本文对国内外乳腺癌多学科团队(MDT)的发展概况、组织成员、运作模式、实践效果以及护理人员在MDT中的角色与职责等进行综述,为制定适合我国的乳腺癌多学科团队运作模式提供借鉴。This article reviews the development of breast cancer Multidisciplinary Team(MDT) at home and abroad,including its members, operation modes, practical effects and the participation form of nurses in MDT, in order to provide references for exploring the operation modes of breast cancer multidisciplinary team suitable for our country.
