台州市艾滋病检测实验室建设现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解台州市艾滋病检测实验室网络建设状况,为完善实验室布局和制定艾滋病防治策略提供科学依据。方法对批准备案的190家艾滋病检测实验室的等级分布、地理分布、覆盖率等方面进行统计分析。结果台州市共有3个确证实验室,8个筛查中心实验室,41个筛查实验室,138个检测点,分布在全市医疗机构、疾病预防控制中心、妇幼保健、采供血机构等。地域分布以临海市实验室数量最多,最密集的是路桥区(9.62个/百平方公里),全市各乡镇街道艾滋病实验室覆盖率达到96.4%(135/140),社区卫生服务中心或乡镇卫生院实验室覆盖率为96.3%(131/136)。结论台州市的艾滋病检测实验室三级网络体系建设初具规模,能够满足艾滋病防治工作的需求,还需进一步加强确证实验室的能力建设与质量管理。Objective To understand the construction status of AIDS testing laboratory in Taizhou, and provide scientific basis for improving laboratory layout and formulating AIDS prevention and treatment strategies. Methods The grading distribution, geographical distribution and coverage of the 190 HIV laboratories were analyzed. Results There were three confirmatory laboratories, eight screening central laboratories, 41 screening laboratories, and 138 test sites in Taizhou. They were distributed in the city′s medical institutions, disease control centers, maternal and child health-care, and blood collection and supply institutions. The geographical distribution of Linhai had the largest number. The most dense area was Luqiao District(9.62 per hundred square kilometers), and the street coverage rate was 96.4%(135/140). The coverage rate of community health service centers or township hospitals reached 96.3%(131/136). Conclusion The construction of the three-level network system for HIV detecting in Taizhou has begun to take shape. It can meet the needs of HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention and there is also a need to further strengthen capacity building and quality management in corroborating laboratories.
