摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定鱼腥草素钠栓中鱼腥草素钠三聚物含量的方法。方法色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS A(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(99:1)为流动相,检测波长为228 nm,柱温35℃,流速1.4 ml/min。结果鱼腥草素钠峰与鱼腥草素钠三聚物峰分离良好,鱼腥草素钠三聚物浓度在0.00943~1.131μg/ml范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),回收率为99.62%(n=9),RSD为1.67%。结论本法测定鱼腥草素钠栓中鱼腥草素钠三聚物专属性强、灵敏度高、准确可靠、重现性好。Objective To establish a method for determination of sodium houttuyfonate trimers in Sodium Houttuyfonate Suppositories.Methods The determination was carried out on a YMC-Pack ODS A(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)column,using methanol-water(99:1)as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 228 nm.The column temperature was 35℃and the flow rate was 1.4 ml/min.Results The peak of sodium houttuynin was well separated with the peak of sodium houttuynin trimers.A good linear correlation was observed within the range of 0.00943-1.131μg/ml(R2=0.9998)for the trimers.The average recovery(n=9)was 99.62%,with RSD of 1.67%.Conclusion The method can be special,sensitive and accurate,with good reproducibility for the detection of sodium houttuyfonate trimers in Sodium Houttuyfonate Suppositories.
