摘　　要：近年研究发现,美洲大蠊中的氨基酸、多肽等成分有显著的抑制肿瘤、促进伤口愈合等作用。本文对美洲大蠊的产地加工方式、药材及提取物的质量标准、药材提取工艺和体内体外抗肿瘤研究进行综述,为进一步实验提供依据。In recent years,it has been discovered that the amino acids and polypeptides in Periplaneta americana have significant effects of tumor suppression and wound healing,which have attracted the attention of scholars.In this paper,the research on original processing methods,the quality standards of crude medicine and extract,the extraction process of crude medicine and the in vitro and in vivo antitumor activity of Periplaneta americana are summerized,to supply basis for further research.
