摘　　要：作为农林院校中以食品科学与工程学院为依托进行办学的包装工程专业,在课程教学过程中,教学内容的深度、广度、选择与教授,要结合学校的定位与学科发展方向。本文就《包装材料学》课程教学内容的选择,教学手段的革新,开放性的交流空间的创设,以及如何在教学过程中有效利用多媒体资源和三维软件,将抽象枯燥的理论联系实际,解决现实生活中的专业问题进行了探讨,对有限的学时下进一步提高课堂教学效果进行了较为深入的思考。In the packaging major affiliated in the school of food science and engineering,the depth,breadth and teaching methods of related courses should be combined with the orientation of the school and the subject.This article is showing that the selection of the teaching content of the course of packaging materials,the innovation of teaching methods,the creation of open communication space,and effective utilization of multimedia resources and three-dimensional software,make the boring theory linked with practice to solve the professional problems.This paper makes a deep thinking on how to further improve the classroomteaching effect in the limited class hour.
