大学生学术不端影响因素的结构方程模型研究

摘　　要：高校大学生学术不端现象的形成受到多种因素共同作用影响,通过问卷调查采集了某高校大学生学术不端影响因素的实测数据,观测变量包括:就业压力、学习压力、侥幸心理等。建立了大学生学术不端影响因素的结构方程模型,分析了自身因素、环境因素、制度因素与学术不端行为的关系及影响程度。研究表明制度因素负向显著影响大学生学术不端的行为,影响最大,相关系数达到-0.564,其次为环境因素,相关系数为0.453。College students'academic misconduct were caused by multiple factors,this study collected the measured data of the factors affecting academic misconduct which includes employment pressure,learning pressure and luck in a university through questionnaire survey.The structure equation model of the factors affecting academic misconduct of college students is established,and the relationship between self-factors,environment factors,institutional factors and academic misconduct and the degree of influence are also analyzed.The research indicated that the institutional factor was the most negative effect of the academic misconduct of college students and the correlation coefficient reaches-0.564,followed by the environmental factor which was the second influential factor and the correlation coefficient is 0.453.
