摘　　要：时代的发展对高校教务管理工作提出新的要求。文章通过对马斯洛需求层次模型与教务管理系统之间联系的研究、分析,探讨需求层次模型对高校教务管理工作的价值,分析需求层次模型在教务管理工作中的运用,提出实施建议。The development of the times puts forward new requirements for the management of educational affairs in colleges and universities. Through the research and analysis of the relationship between Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the educational management system, this paper explores the value of the demand hierarchy model to the educational management of colleges and universities, analyzes the application of the demand hierarchy model in the management of educational affairs, and puts forward suggestions for implementation.
