摘　　要：系统分析公共交通系统便捷性的影响因素,删减其中相关性较大的指标,建立公共交通系统便捷性的评价指标体系,应用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)构造判断矩阵并计算各评价指标权重系数,根据模糊理论(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,FCE)建立隶属度矩阵并进行评价值的计算。结果表明,所建指标体系能够反映公交系统的便捷性,可为进一步提高公交系统的服务水平提供参考。This paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of the convenience of public transportation system, deletes the indexes with large correlation, and establishes the evaluation index system of the convenience of public transportation system. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct the judgment matrix and calculate the weight coefficient of each evaluation index. Then, the membership matrix is established according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) to calculate the evaluation value. The results show that the established index system can reflect the convenience of public transport system, and provide reference for further improving the service level of public transport system.
