天葵胚和胚乳的发育研究

摘　　要：利用石蜡切片技术,对天葵胚和胚乳的发育进行了研究。结果表明:胚的发育属于柳叶菜型,其发育过程包括原胚、心形胚、鱼雷形胚和成熟胚时期,成熟胚的胚柄退化,胚乳发育为核型胚乳类型,游离核时期较短,成熟种子中仅剩1到2层胚乳细胞。Experiment was conducted by routine paraffin-embedded sectioning technique to study the development of both the embryo and the endosperm in Semiaquilegia adoxoides . The results were as follows. The embryogeny is of the onagrad type. The developmental process included the stages of proembryo, heart-shaped embryo, torpedo-shaped embryo and mature embryo. The stalk of mature embryo degenerated. The development of endosperm is of the nuclear type of S. adoxoides. The free nuclear stage was shorter and only 1 to 2 layers of endosperm cells remain in mature seeds.
