摘 要:负荷聚合商下的空调负荷是一种削峰潜力大的需求响应资源,但在短时削峰后,用户的设定温度调回行为会造成较大的负荷值和负荷反弹。为解决该问题,对负荷聚合商下的空调集群提出了3个负荷反弹指标,即空调集群室内温度均值、方差以及空调开启台数。这3个指标将用于制定兼顾降负荷和反弹抑制的聚合商空调集群调控策略,其中包含需求响应策略和设定温度调回策略。需求响应策略可在抑制空调集群负荷反弹的同时充分发挥其降负荷潜力;设定温度调回策略可在抑制空调集群室内温度调回后负荷反弹的同时,最小化空调集群进行设定温度调回的功率。本文策略弥补了当前空调调控策略研究的不足。As a demand response resource,air-conditioning loads under load aggregator have a great potential for load clipping.However,after the short-term clipping,the users’setting temperature return behavior will result in a larger load value as well as load rebound.To solve this problem,three load rebound indexes are proposed aiming at the airconditioning group under load aggregator,i.e.,the mean and variance of indoor temperature for air-conditioning group,and the number of running air-conditionings.These indexes are further used to formulate control strategies for aironditioning group under load aggregator considering load reduction and rebound suppression,including demand response strategy and setting temperature return strategy:the first strategy can give fully play to the load reduction potential of air-conditioning group while suppressing load rebound;the second strategy can minimize the power consumed when conducting the setting temperature return behavior while suppressing load rebound after the temperature has been returned.The proposed strategy makes up for the shortage of research on the air-conditioning control strategies.
