摘 要:为了实现宽频比的双频Wilkinson功分器小型化设计,提出了一种基于耦合线的新型结构,具有1.0~6.0的宽频比。首先根据奇偶模法获得设计结构的参数方程,采用Matlab对方程拟合得到初始设计参数,其次通过ADS对电路进行仿真优化得到最终的电路参数,最后为了验证设计方法的正确性,仿真并加工了一个工作在2.4 GHz和5.8 GHz两个WiFi频段的双频Wilkinson功分器,电路尺寸为0.19λ*0.14λ。测试结果表明,功分器在两个频带内具有良好的性能,与仿真结果吻合良好。In order to realize the miniaturization design of dual-band Wilkinson power divider with wide band-ratio,a new structure based on the coupled line is proposed,which has a wide band-ratio of 1.0- 6.0.Firstly,parametric equation of the design structure is obtained according to the odd-even method,and the initial design parameters acquired by fitting the equation with Matlab.Then the circuit is simulated and optimized by ADS,getting the final circuit parameters.Finally,in order to verify correctness of the design method,a dual-band Wilkinson power divider operating on WiFi band of 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz is simulated,fabricated and measured with a circuit size of 0.19λ*0.14λ.The measured results indicate that the power divider has good performance in dual-band,and is in good agreement with the simulation results.
