黄芪注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者左心室重塑及心率变异性的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究与观察黄芪注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者左心室重塑及心率变异性的影响。方法将本院2017年2月～2018年3月治疗的70例充血性心力衰竭患者依据随机分配的原则分为两组(对照组与观察组),每组各35例。对照组进行常规充血性心力衰竭治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用黄芪注射液。比较两组治疗前后的左心室重塑相关血液指标(血清MMP-9、TGF-β及Cys-C)及心率变异性指标(SDANN、SDNN及PNN50)。结果治疗前两组的左心室重塑相关血液指标及心率变异性指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组的左心室重塑相关血液指标低于对照组,心率变异性指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论黄芪注射液可有效改善充血性心力衰竭患者的左心室重塑及心率变异性,在充血性心力衰竭患者中的应用价值较高。Objective To study and observe the effect of astragalus injection on left ventricular remodeling and heart rate variability in patients with patients with congestive heart failure.Methods 70 patients with congestive heart failure who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were selected.They were divided into two groups(the control group and the observation group)according to the principle of random distribution,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment for the congestive heart failure while the observation group was treated with astragalus injection on the basis of the control group.Left ventricular remodeling related blood indexes(serum MMP-9,TGF-βand Cys-C)and heart rate variability indexes(SDANN,SDNN and PNN50)before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in left ventricular remodeling related blood indexes and heart rate variability indexes between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,left ventricular remodeling related blood indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and the heart rate variability indexes were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The astragalus injection can effectively improve the left ventricular remodeling and heart rate variability of patients with congestive heart failure,which has higher application value in patients with congestive heart failure.
