经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后患者的快速康复外科护理

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后患者的快速康复外科护理效果。方法选择2016年6月～2018年6月在我医院进行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术的患者380例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组190例,对照组患者使用常规护理方法,观察组患者给予快速康复外科护理,对干预的效果进行对比。结果对照组患者的住院时间,首次排气时间均长于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=37.224,77.581,P <0.05),观察组患者各项并发症发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.465,14.393,9.634,10.407,P <0.05),经过干预后,两组患者的生活质量均出现提高,观察组患者提高幅度大于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=-31.593,-22.474,-13.800,-27.915,-39.863,-27.408,-25.426,-31.722,P <0.05)。结论对经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后的患者使用快速康复外科护理,可以缩短住院时间,加快恢复速度,值得在临床工作中使用。Objective To explore the effects of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients after percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 380 patients who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method,with 190 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the observation group were given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.The effects were compared between two groups.Results The hospital stay and first exhaust time of patients in the control group were both longer than those of the observation group.The differences in data were statistically significant(t=37.224,77.581,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences in data were statistically significant(χ^2=12.465,14.393,9.634,10.407,P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life of patients in both groups was increased.The improvement of the observation group was greater than that of the control group.The differences in data were statistically significant(t=-31.593,-22.474,-13.800,-27.915,-39.863,-27.408,-25.426,-31.722,P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy can shorten hospital stay and speed up recovery,which is worthy of clinical application.
